To the Board of Directors of Bath Community Hospital: David Troast, Sarah McWilliams, George Phillips, Jason Paret, Tracy Phillips, Ruth Rodgers, Wiley Kling, Bill Bratton, Amory Mellen III, Dr. Michael Bost, Dr. James Redington. Peter Faraone

We the extended, concerned communities of the Allegheny Highlands appeal to the Board of Directors of Bath Community Hospital:

1.) To reinstate Dr. James Redington to his rightful position on the medical staff,and as Chief Medical Officer.

2.) That the Bath Community Hospital Board of Directors will not accept the resignations of the four physicians whom we have grown to trust, Dr. Michael Bost, Dr. Asher Brand, Dr. Jeffery McCray, and Dr. John Stout.

3.) The contract of CEO Jason Paret be terminated immediately and he be removed from this office.

4.) The Board of Directors of Bath Community Hospital be reconstituted, and the two existing vacancies be filled by concerned citizens of Bath County.

Why and how can doctors, nurses and a medical staff be expected to work effectively under the stress of such a hostile work environment?
