We the undersigned concerned citizens/landowners of Bath County, Va petition the County Board of Supervisors to declare Bath County, Va to be a Second Amendment Sanctuary County. Thereby declaring its intent to oppose any and all unconstitutional restrictions on the right to keep and bear arms through such legal means as may be expedient, including without limitation court action. Also declaring its intent that public funds of the County not be used to restrict or to aid in the unconstitutional restrictions of the rights of the citizens of Bath County, Va under the Second Amendment.
