REQUEST FOR A DESIGN CHANGE ON THE LOGAN CSO PROJECT IN SMOKETOWN

The undersigned residents & supporters of Smoketown urge the Metropolitan Sewer District to revise plans for the Logan CSO Interceptor Project allowing the construction of an at-grade basin. We request amenities be determined and prioritized by the neighborhood through a work-group process that includes the Smoketown Community, MSD, Metro and other interested parties. We want Smoketown to be treated fairly and equally—receiving the amenities and respect given other neighborhoods across Louisville Metro.
