We, the citizens of Oconee County, South Carolina, petition the Oconee County Council, County Sheriff, and any other party which has power to enact a resolution that will prevent Federal Infringement on the Right to Keep and Bear Arms, Nullifying all Federal Acts in Violation of The Second Amendment To The Constitution Of The United States Of America.
