The school board reversed the decision to cut sports funding this morning. We have successfully secured the original budget for the upcoming year. I am shifting my focus to monitoring the implementation process to ensure these funds are allocated correctly.

I have spent the last few days drafting a formal letter to the school board members to outline the specific impact these budget cuts will have on student development. We are currently finalizing our presentation materials to ensure our arguments are ready for the upcoming public comment session.

find the money somewhere else. dont cut from the kids!!!
Please dont do this. Athletics are just as important as the books.
my son works so hard on the field. these programs keep kids out of trouble and focused on grades. leave the budget alone.
Without sports my daughter would have nothing to look forward to. Think about the mental health of these students for once.
Are you kidding me?? Kids need sports. It's the only reason some of them even show up to school.

sports taught me discipline and teamwork. taking that away from the next generation is a huge mistake.
