This petition is in regards to replacing Pi Kappa Phi's currently contracted property manager, Oscar Lua and Shadow Rock LLC. Shadow Rock LLC has taken an unacceptable amount of time to perform basic repairs on the Pi Kappa Phi property. The membership of Pi Kappa Phi would like to replace Shadow Rock LLC with a new repair company.
