We, the undersigned, are concerned citizens who urge our township trustees, county commissioners, and the Ohio Power Siting Board (OPSB) to protect the treasured farmland and green spaces in the Clinton, Miller & Pleasant Township area of Knox County, Ohio. We urge our trustees, commissioners, and the OPSB to reject any effors by Open Road Renewables, LLC, being out of Texas, to develop or receive a certificate to develop a utility-scale solar plant (major utility facility) for the proposed Frasier Solar project in Knox County, Ohio.
