Since marijuana can't be legalized, alcohol should NOT be legal as well. There have been many cases shown where the consumption alcohol causes many negative effects to the human body. Drinking alcohol can lead to brain damage, heart failure, liver failure, and cancer. For women, drinking alcohol during pregnancy can really determine the physical and mental health of the unborn child. It is also known to be the leading cause of unexpected pregnancy. Although the use of marijuana can lead to serious health effects, the number of deaths pertaining to alcohol is incomparable to the number of deaths pertaining to marijuana because the numbers are too high for alcohol use. The prohibition of Alcohol would promote a better general welfare across the US instead of destroying lives.

my brother died cause of a drunk driver . why is this poison allowed in stores but harmless stuff stays illegal ?? shut it down now

I definitely agree the way people are abusing drinking now a days . Everyday you hear about people killing other because they were drunk driving , alcohol brings the devil out of people and creates violence
