Neighbors, we need to show a united front in opposition of a planned development on Prospect just east of the garden area adjacent to Grassy Creek School. 2005-ZON-007 (10602 East Prospect St.) Mann Properties is requesting a zoning change for more density. It is currently zoned D2 and they are wanting D3 Cluster (89 homes on 40 gross acres
