BRIC Arts/ Media, Brooklyn New York's (cable access provider, is rallying community support and would like your help! Sign this petition or send your letter to the NYC Mayor's Office of Contracts.

BRIC has the honor of implementing Brooklyn's public access television programs and the related, free media/ production training programs. BRIC wants to make sure the services they provide to the Brooklyn community and beyond are protected. BRIC is seeking your support through this petition or a letter for a hearing, on Monday, March 7th, before the New York City Franchise Concession Review Committee.

While BRIC is NOT taking a position on any sales, mergers or cable company actions, it is seeking to protect public access television. We are asking you to tell the NYC Franchise and Concession Review Committee that whatever they determine, public access television must be protected as part of any agreement. Send the Committee a letter letting them know we need to protect public access television and the FREE television production training programs BRIC provides.
