Why are people racist?

Do you ever ask yourself that? Racism came to be by people
getting jealous over others. Also, because we blame others on our wrong doings. People who look and speak different are more likely to be targeted. Many, don't notice that they are being racist and do it unconsciously.

I pledge
to be more cautious with the way that i'm speaking and will influence younger
generations to do the same. I will wear the chain of diversity bracelet as a
token of my pledge.
