Dear Playfish/EA-staff, As one of the better games on Facebook, we are true fanatic about Restaurant City. As a result of the "Boycott RC"-event and the forum, I made a list of the most common complaints. We do realize that Restaurant City is a part of Playfish/EA and is therefore still a business. On that behalf we don't mind premium items that are only for sale with PFC. For myself, I'm a level 90-player, with 121 dishes mastered. I checked my bank-statements and I payed already over € 150 to buy Playfish cash. At the end of the day, I still need 212 Sugar. Not to even mention the raspberry's, duck and some other rare ingredients. I think this is unreasonable. I truly believe that there are other people to whom this story sounds familiar. That being said, here's a list of the most common complaints - A lack of retrieving rare ingredients. We are aware, that rare ingredients can't be so easily obtained as for example corn. but we think that 5-star ingredients are too hard to obtain. - Too little time to level up some of the dishes. In this case I mean the dishes for the Karaoke-bar and others. - The limited items are sold out too soon. We hardly get the chance to buy them. We all live in different time zones.
