Reena has contributed a vital part in the integrity of our daycare and the quality of education our kids have received. She has had a tremendous impact on all of us as a group and individually, always there when you need her help. No issue was ever left unresolved!
Reena is passionate and dedicated to her job and the children. Her departure would negatively affect the parents, educators and most importantly the children. She is simply irreplaceable!
We are calling out to those who do not want to lose such a loving and devoted daycare Director and are hoping you can show us your support by signing this.

Reaching this point in our campaign has been an exhausting but necessary climb. Seeing this many people agree that Reena belongs here gives me the resolve to keep pushing when the walls feel like they are closing in.

Reena is great with the kids, very warm and welcoming to parents, always opened to new ideas and tackles any issues right away. I hope she will reconsider as she’s been doing a very good job as director :)
Reena is the kindest, warmest and extremely smart. She must be kept at the school.
Reena has always been there for me and my kids. She always wants to make sure that the parents and children are happy. She always thinks of others before herself. She's very attentive and always open to hear parents ideas to improve the daycare. I've dealt with many different principals in the past... Reena is by far the best!!!
My 3 children have been going to Or Shalom one after another for 10 years now , and Reena has by far made the biggest positive impact on this daycare. She is amazing and I would be extremely disappointed if she is gone ....
Such a tragedy!
Please reconsider not leaving our daycare Reena! Your the best!
