The St. Lawrence County K-9 Unit has been a priceless asset for the county, and this petition is for the removal of the suspension that was abruptly started. Hershey has been formally trained, wears a bulletproof vest and works 12 hour shifts to keep our community safer and we believe this abrupt ending to his career is unfair. We are asking the St. Lawrence County Sheriff's Department to reinstate the K-9 Unit to it's full capacity.
