This is a proposal to the CFAY Commanding Officer and Housing Director from a group of E7 and above families currently residing in Ikego townhomes:

We strongly wish to stay here on Ikego in a townhome. Many of us have children that attend the elementary school and have established relationships and networks here in our community. We’ve also purchased outdoor furniture, barbecue grills and such. We stand to be displaced in a tower setting especially with animals and multiple kids.

We would like to propose that you consider allocating the first renovated “Officer Townhomes” available to current Ikego Townhome CPO families with children.

As our families PCS, the area could then phase back to Officer housing, but with a (potentially) mature group of senior leadership and their families, all of whom have a strong desire to live here.
