This judge needs to be removed from office,she continusly makes decisions in favor of the mother regardless of wwhats in the best interest of the child, she allowed my step children to reside with their mother who is mentally ill causing severe abuse n neglect to both children,judge eisman single handily destroyed my step childens childhood n robbed their father of the pleasure of raising them. Judge eisman repeatedly made decisions without even looking at the facts n allowed and aided my husbands ex wife to file false allegations that were proved to be false, over n over again.
I was fortunate enough to force her to self-recuse. This was after two appellate reversals of her orders and a complaint to the NY Judicial Conduct Commission. She is far to willing to let the AFC run the show which in my case was a disaster. Five years later, I am still trying to get reasonable access to my daughter.

15 years ago she placed me in an orphanage instead of sending me to live with my father who was fighting my mentally ill mother for custody. Now I'm dealing with PTSD and navigating life after being denied an education. Thanks judge Eisman.
