Judge McSweeny of Middlesex Probate Court of Massachusetts sided with a serial batterer, a criminal, an abuser and a registered sex offender, allowed him continue bullying and harassing child's mother, put her in physical danger and emotional harm. Now the judge put child and mother homeless by not allowing child move with mother to another part of state to start a new life.
