The board of Huddersfield Town and Ken Davy made a joint announcement of the share transfer agreement, which was expected to be completed in December 2011 At the 11th hour of the transfer being completed Ken Davy changed the goalposts, resulting in a offer of Arbitration which was accepted by Dean Hoyle, however, Mr Davy declined.
