Shelby Frenette has been a Rainberry Lake Board Member since March of 2024.

During her short tenure, she has continuously placed our community at financial risk by posting misleading information online about our REC Board and other residents, which has caused turmoil and unnecessary disruption. Shelby is making serious allegations of theft, misappropriation of funds, baiting the community to spend money on legal fees and potentially exposing us to a legal battle without any solid evidence.

As an active board member, Shelby should not be publishing any information on social media that could place the community or individual homeowner’s financial interests at risk. Shelby has an obligation to carry herself in a professional manner and represent the community at all times, as well as the other board members.

Shelby needs to be removed from the Rainberry Lake HOA board immediately as she has proven she is serving her interests and not those of the community or her fellow board members.
