Having a Toll on Loop 1 in Austin TX makes the traffic really bad. The toll itself stands a lane. Then the highway only has three lanes left. On traffic time, cars driving in toll still get jammed and cannot get out of toll because the toll is blocked by many white traffic pillars. I have see several times that a slow car (like 60 mph) drive ahead of every car, but other cars cannot pass the slow car because it is a toll and they are physically not able to exit the toll. Also, if the government frees the toll, cars can travel free between each lane without hassles and can greatly reduce the traffic during traffic time.
