This is a simple request and a small tribute to my Sister whose heart was still beating after she was assulted in Lafreniere Park and driven out Downs Blvd. I want to make it clear that Alessandra's Mother and siblings have no on going action against Jefferson Parish and appreciate all of the resources that Jefferson Parish in Louisiana has used to capture and convict the man that assulted and murdered my sister.
