- To concerned authorities at Qatar. HH Amir Tamim always said in his speeches that citizens & residents are equal at Qatar. Please allow residents locked out of Qatar to return to Doha to reunite with their families bfore Ramadan -after taking any measures needed to ensure safety of others- Please consider their case as you did with Qatari families and permanent residency holders. Thank you,
