Petition to Preserve the Residential Character of Cranley

Cranley is a peaceful and close-knit residential community that we, the undersigned residents and stakeholders, are proud to call home. We are deeply concerned about the proposed development plans for 255-272 Greenwattle Street, which seeks to rezone the area into a commercial and medium-density residential zone. We believe that this development will irreversibly impact our community's character, infrastructure, and quality of life.

By signing this petition, we express our strong opposition to the proposed rezoning and development plans and call upon the Local Council to consider our concerns and protect the residential integrity of our neighborhood.
