NY Republican Senators Must Resign Now

We the undersigned citizens of New York State hereby demand the immediate resignation of the following New York State Republican Senators. These members willfully violated their oath to uphold the Constitution by conspiring to infringe on the Second Amendment Rights of the People of New York State. Additionally, they ran on platforms that called for smaller government and greater individual rights. In view of their failure to faithfully execute their duties, we demand that the following New York State Senators resign immediately:

NYS Senator Boyle;
NYS Senator Flanagan;
NYS Senator Fuschillo;
NYS Senator Golden;
NYS Senator Grisanti;
NYS Senator Hannon;
NYS Senator Lanza;
NYS Senator LaValle;
NYS Senator Marcellino;
NYS Senator Martins;
NYS Senator Skelos.
