COPD is the third largest Killer in the United States and it is getting worst every day. Allowing Two to Three parking spaces in FRONT of doctor offices and hospitals would allow struggling patients to be able to get into and out of their doctor offices/hospitals much easier and this would allow exacerbation's to be less. When pulling up to my doctor office parking lot and seeing 15 to 20 handicapped parking spots taken up and you watch someone get out of their vehicle and walk into the doctor office with ease you have to ask yourself what is wrong with this picture. I believe these parking spots will safe lives in the long term.
