We, the fans of the BBN respectfully request that the University of Kentucky Athletics Department retire and place the jerseys of Tony Delk and Tubby Smith in the rafters of Rupp Arena. Their jerseys should be retired due to the significant contributions to the University of Kentucky basketball program.
