Most employers now use commercial awareness as part of their recruitment process to decide who the top candidates are, and you could be one of them!
We will help you gain commercial awareness through: weekly sessions of The Business Game, fortnightly meetings updating you on current affairs, inviting speakers to give you different perspectives, access to websites containing crucial updates, networking sessions, movie nights and much, much more!

I am honestly overwhelmed by the interest this has received because I truly thought this would just be a small group of us. Your emails and messages about how much this could help with future recruitment are keeping me focused on getting the logistics sorted for our first meetings.

This society would be really fantastic for all students - the best way to pick up on commercial awareness is by talking with others and doing group exercises etc and it is a skill that many employers now look for!
Finally something useful on campus! Employers keep going on about this in every interview so this will be a massive help for everyone looking for grad jobs.
