To Judge Sanders, attorney Christine Stump, attorney Brandon Johnson, and Ms. Faith Robinson . . . we ask you to let the Robinson children be with their dad as much as they wish. It would also be helpful if you would drop the domestic violence charges, and give Mr. Robinson access to all records related to this case.
The massive surge of support proves that people are finally seeing through the lies Judge Sanders and the others keep pushing. This momentum is a direct threat to their pathetic attempt to keep a father away from his children. We are not backing down until those charges are dropped and Mark gets his life back.

Divorce is traumatic enough for children but allowing one parent to alienate their children from the other parent is criminal. To have the state of West Virginia complicit in this is wrong. Look at the facts, let Mark make his case and restore his time with his children before any more harm is done.

I cannot imagine that a wife can make an unsubstantiated charge of domestic abuse that results in the indefinite separation of a father from his children for all but one hour a week, especially when there has never been a substantiated or even alleged history of any physical abuse to the children or the wife by the father. But that is what my brother is faced with. It is a gross miscarriage of justice, an appalling abridgement of Mark's rights as a father, and a horrible punishment for the children.

As a paralegal for a domestic relations, juvenile guardian ad litem, I unfortunately see cases on a daily basis where children are stripped from their mothers and fathers. For undocumented, unproven violence, neglect and abuse. If these reports are unsubstantiated, and I truly believe this family is being ripped apart for no other reason than ones own satisfaction and a way to keep the children from their parent is horrendous! I hope and pray he is reunited with his children!!

I've known Mark and Faith for all of their married lives. I've only seen loving behavior from both of them towards their children. Having a large family of six children myself, I understand that life can get stressful, husband and wife relationships can suffer. The children still need BOTH parents even if the parents no longer wish to share their lives. Things can't get better being separated though. I don't understand why family counseling isn't in order to work out the issues, so that Mom and Dad can amiably part and arrive on healthy terms for the children to be in the lives of BOTH their parents which will include extended families and all the other folks in their lives who are important to them as well. Let's move on with some positive changes to help everyone live happier lives. Please allow all the children to begin unlimited interactions with their father again in an unbiased, safe, and loving environment.
