My name is Rosemarie Vasquez; I am 27 years old, with 3 children. Family & Children's Services of Monterey County (CPS) is in the process of destroying my family forever. Alligations were made against me that was never substantiated, that resulted in my chidlren being taken and not returned. CPS believes that my children are better off with a family member who has been convicted of drug sales, child endangerment and firearms. Her children have an extensive criminal histroy, which range from residentail burgulary to assault to a police office. She stated in the court records that, she sold drugs for a living. How is this person able to foster children and be eligible to adopt children So, what I am asking from you is your support, understanding, and assistance by signing this petition to stop the adopting hearing in January 2008, and to bring my children home.
