Seeing this momentum grow reminds me of the nights I spent worrying about the structural damage in my own home. It is humbling to see so many of you join this battle against these builders who have ignored our families for far too long.

Seeing these names stack up gives me hope that we can finally hold this company accountable for the damage they did to my family. We need to push past this hundred mark today so the investigators see just how many of us are suffering.

I am a vet who used my wife's va loan to purchase our house from them and am very dissatisfied with them and the way they keep pushing off all their responsibilities and shunning us and have refused to fix the problems.
4 yr old home; completely displaced from home due to water leaking from poor HVAC ducts and now found nearly 1600 sq ft of black mold. Estimated ~$60k to complete all mitigation. Ryan Homes is sickening. Literally.
PLEASE we need HELP in SC as well. I did not get what I paid for in my home. I have spent the last 4 years trying to get them to correct issues that we noticed on day 1 and all I have gotten is half down work, excuses and lies. Enough is enough!!!
Poplar run - Silver spring MD Rushed my home - 30 days early and am dealing with a lot of issues (poor workmanship, leaking in garage with rain, nail pops thru carpet, appliances malfunctioning, wood poor material, plumbing issue in basement )
I have pictures, videos and engineering reports. I have extensively documented problems with my home. I live in Eagle Harbor in Carrollton, Virginia and several of our neighbors have had a multitude of the same lack of quality issues with theit home.

My 3-year old Ryan home is coming apart at the seams. Exterior framing around doors Dad windows are pullling apart. Spoke with Tyan Customer Service who basically said 1 year warranty has expired. Frustrated home owner in VIRGINIA.
