Hi everyone! My name is Sarah Johnson and I'm a senior biology major and Hispanic studies minor. Along with that, I'm also a captain on the women's soccer team, an active member of Alpha Gamma Delta, and serve as the Advocacy and Awareness Co-Commissioner within Student Senate. After serving as a senator for the class of 2024 for the past 2 years, I want to continue to stay involved with the student body by having a voice on campus. As many people know, I was a transfer student last fall as well. I have had to adapt and grow in many different ways. I have been able to take a new and unique perspective on the college experience, academics, athletics, and student life. I hope to continue to use my perspective and experience to connect with both new students who are transitioning to college and current students who are looking to make their experience at IWU even better. Student Senate has allowed me to feel more comfortable at IWU, get involved, and be present in our community. I hope to have the opportunity to continue to use my role and encourage other to do the same. Please sign my petition below.
