On Tuesday 15th Jan 2013 the BBC announced that Broadway Leisure Centre is to be closed as part of the cuts. The swimming baths is a vital part of our community, without it our children won't learn to swim, we'll have to travel miles on public transport to attend fitness classes of any kind and Broadway Leisure Centre and the surrounding areas would suffer a MASSIVE loss. Please join this group to be kept up to date and to get involved with trying to save the swimming baths and gym! PLEASE send this group to as many of your friends/family that you can, spread the word throughout the community and get involved! With a big enough voice, we WILL be heard!
