Mr. Cyr is an integral part of our school community and we believe that he is being unjustly punished. Just because an action between a coach and a student was misunderstood by a third party doesn't mean Mr. Cyr should be removed from all coaching. Mr. Cyr serves as a role model to many students and is the backbone to Winslow Football. We, the friends, family, and students of Mr. Cyr request that a second look be made into the situation, with respect to the high caliber of coach and teacher that Mr. Cyr is. We believe that this whole situation was taken out of proportion and believe it deserves a reevaluation.
