P E T I T I O N

To His Excellency, The Honorable Tom Wolf

Governor of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania

We the undersigned do hereby PETITION you to undertake and carryout the following three (3) specific actions with all deliberate speed:

1. Pursuant to Article 1, Section 27 of our state Constitution, make Pennsylvania State Government a better "trustee" of our rivers and streams.

2. Have our beautiful and historic Susquehanna River formally declared "impaired" so that real clean up can begin.

3. Use tax and fee revenues from natural gas extraction ("severance tax on fracking") for the clean-up and protection of our Susquehanna River and its tributaries.
