Let's band together and save Mr. Skuba's reputation. Mr. Skuba has been reprimanded by our school's, Liberty High School's, administration. He has been told that he was speaking ill of another teacher and that a student had a recording of it. The recording was never played for Skuba to listen to, and they didn't get it from the student. This is unfair, administration should talk to the student privately and get the audio file. The recording should be played for and sent to him. Mr. Skuba just wants to know what he said, and if the recording was doctored or not, so he can apologize to the teacher. He did/does not mean any harm or ill intent towards any other teacher, he has stated that does not remember saying anything bad about any other teacher.

Mr. Skuba has stated that there will be no more Skuba Stories or circle times because he does not want to risk getting reprimanded again. This is unfair for all future students and deprives them of quality amazing bonding time and an outlet for their stresses, which all high school students desperately need.

This petition is not meant to expose the student who reported it, only to have the audio clip acquired from the student and given to Skuba. So even if the audio clip is legitimate, he will be able to apologize. In addition to this, all restrictions should be removed, and all side-effects be undone, if any occurred.
