Purpose:

On July 18th, 2017, the Rt. Honorable William Morneau introduced significant tax reforms to the Canadian public and has only allowed 75 days for public consultation. The Kingston Advocacy for Small Business (KASB) has asked that the government slow down the process around the proposed reforms to provide time for the public to understand the comprehensive tax reforms being proposed and to provide appropriate and constructive feedback.
