With respect to Town Project 12-17, we the undersigned petition the Town of Greenwich Department of Public Works to:

• Reengineer completely or drop altogether the massive, over-designed, out-of-scale rotary proposed for the front of the Perrot Library
• Retain without material alteration the existing island at Forest and Sound Beach Avenues
• Retain plantings and all mature trees along Sound Beach Avenue affected by the project
