We ask the NSW State Government to give the building to the people of Armidale via a Crown Land Trust which will manage the building as an Arts and Culture Hub with:
An intimate performance space. An exhibition space. A meeting place for cultural groups. A legal museum. Income streams from Drama, Music, Dance, Video, catering and rented spaces.
