One solitary local resident (someone I'm sure most of you know of!) has now put an application in to the council looking for a review of our license.
This will happen at the council hearing at the end of November.
He has written a flowing report of all our alleged misdemeanour's, most of which he has no proof (things like people urinating against the wall of his flats, bottles of beer being left lying around, unruly behaviour from our patrons etc ) unfortunately for us though, the council has to act by law.
What we are now hoping to do is create a following and hope with your help we can get the support we need behind us to end his campaign. This person seems to have had it in for us ever since we opened and we cant let him win!!!!
We fear that if he has his way and are trading hours are reduced, we may have to close the doors for the last time. HELP SAVE YOUR LOCAL NIGHT SPOT!

Ridiculous. Everyone knows who is behind this and they have been trying to shut the place down for years. Leave Bar George alone!
Total joke. Its a pub, not a library. If you live next to a bar you cant complain when people make noise.
One neighbor shouldn't be able to ruin a local business for everyone else. Keep the hours as they are.
This is absolute rubbish. Been going here for years and never seen any of the stuff he is talking about. So unfair.
Bar George is the best spot in the area. Dont let one person take it away from us.
