We the undersigned, believe that Bilbo, Britains only lifeguard dog, should be allowed to return to his normall full time duties on Sennen beach. If it was not for Bilbo, alot of people would not know what the red and yellow flags are for, so Bilbo is a great way to promote beach safety! We therefore call upon Penwith District Council to lift the restriction of 4 hours a week on Bilbo with immediate effect.
