The City of Hagerstown has began a construction project that will cause about 80% of their customers to use more water, and consequently, more sewer, and therefore, your water bill and sewer bill will be increasing without an approved rate increase. Because customers on the Funkstown water system are directly fed by the City\'s water, a customer on Funkstown\'s water system will be impacted in same manor as a Hagerstown customer.
