The undersigned support the efforts of Chef/Proprietor Keith Luce to develop a sustainable neighborhood business at Jedediah Hawkins Inn, that is consistent with the values of the North Fork. Jedediah Hawkins Inn supports the local community by paying taxes, providing jobs, sourcing locally and improving property values with the restoration of this landmarked mansion. In order to stay in business in this commercially zoned neighborhood and maintain our vision we need sources of revenue that include a limited amount of tented events. Already the events are restricted in size (no more than 125 people), time (no later than 9:30 pm) and noise level. We will be conducting our business in a way that is respectful of our neighbors.

I checked the count again and we are just hovering under that five hundred mark which is honestly wild because what started as a small idea is actually moving now. If you have a second today just poke anyone you can think of because that threshold is going to be the push we need to really show them we mean business about these events.

Ridiculous that they have to fight to run their business. They fixed up that old house and made it look beautiful again.

This place is a gem for the area. Need more businesses like this that actually care about local sourcing and property values.
We've had wonderful times there. It helps the town economy so much.
We love the inn! Everything is done so tastefully. Hope they get to keep doing their events.
