The town council formally rescinded their approval for the development project this morning. We have successfully blocked the rezoning and will now monitor the compliance phase to ensure no further attempts are made to bypass local ordinances.

Let's save our Town! We gotta end this...there is not much I can do myself but as a community we can accomplish a whole lot. So if you guys are willing spread the word that could also contribute, by spreading the word we can get more signatures and maybe if we get enough signatures people will take us serious.
We gotta prove that those dirty politicians were paid off and after that we have to bring this case to court and prove that the way they live is unhealthy for the community. Any ideas leave them in the comments. #savemonroewoodbury

The current volume of support has secured us a meeting with local legal counsel to evaluate our filing options. I am now drafting the formal letter of demand that we intend to submit to the town board next week.

i'm a very understanding and accepting person, but i grew up here, and it really scares me to think about the simple things being taken away from our community.
The people of kj are becoming corrupt not paying taxes and are slowly trying to take advantage of our community.we MUST stop Kiryus Joel from taking more!
Kj we will fight to keep you out of our school board whether you like it or not
With KJ taking over, Monroe Woodbury isn't going to be the same and won't be as good as it was! Give back our land!
We need to keep KJ from stealing our money to use to it for themselves. Also they shouldn't be able to annex themselves into monroe. Also. Something decided by the monroe boars shouldnt affect woodbury too!!!!!
What is the deal with Annexations?
