We the undersigned concerned parents, taxpayers and voters of the Troy City School District (Troy CSD) respectfully request the Troy CSD Board of Education REJECT THE CLOSING OF SCHOOL 16, and the relocation of our students to other elementary buildings, if included in the Superintendent’s Draft Budget to be presented on Tuesday, April 13, 2010. We further state that the academic excellence and small school atmosphere continues to attract new families to the district; enhances the neighborhood; and increases the value of homes and properties in the area.
