Bees are responsible for pollinating almost one third of the human food supply. Neonicotinoid insecticides play a significant role in Colony Collapse Disorder. Bees are dying at an alarming rate. The EPA has known about the bee- toxicity of Neonictinoid insecticides since 2003and has allowed its use. Germany, France, Italy, and Slovenia have all banned the use of this dangerous substance. We ask that the EPA of the United States of America also ban the use of Neonicotinoid insecticides.
