The Owen Sound Greys Jr Hockey team have been in existence since 1913 & incorporated as a Non-Profit Organization since 1972.

The mandate of the President & Board of Directors is to promote Junior hockey in Owen Sound.  Arsenault is NOT acting in the best interests of the Owen Sound Greys corporation.  As a Director & President, there is a fiduciary duty to fulfil the "objects" of the corporation and obviously moving the franchise elsewhere would not be fulfilling those objects.

Arsenault, with the assistance of his Toronto friends & family that he appointed to the Board of Directors, is attempting to manipulate the system and the Ontario Hockey Association into believing he owns/controls the team. His attempt is to gain support and approval from the OHA to move the team out of Owen Sound and have Arsenault Hockey Group "purchase" the team for his direct benefit. The OHA, led by Brent Ladds, has refused to allow offsetting information be presented that clearly disputes the claims being made by Arsenault putting Junior B hockey in jeopardy in Owen Sound. 

The Greys belong in Owen Sound- Arsenault must be stopped!
