Saugatuck is long overdue for thoughtful, forward-thinking development. Development that enhances quality of life while addressing critical concerns like traffic congestion and public safety; development that balances infrastructure improvements with the town’s character. The increased scope and scale of ROAN's updated Hamlet plan fails on all of these goals. The undersigned requests that the P and Z and other town officials deny the current application with recommendations for a minimum of a 40% reduction in scope and scale.
