Australia is a country that is more than not in need of those qualified for the Trade industry. At present in not just the Electorate of Lismore but around NSW, students attending Tafe where the majority of these skills are learnt are required to pay for their travel to and from Tafe. While i recognise that in some cases students are partially subsidised i believe that like their full time school colleagues a free concession card that covers all transport cost should be provided.Thats why as part of the NSW YMCA Youth Parliament program i call on the NSW Government to take action and eliminate this injustice.
