We, the residents of Fort Mill, do hereby Petition Clear Springs to stop the Development of Parcel # 6550000046 at the corner of Sutton Rd and Hwy 160  for use as a Gas Station.

The development of that property will not only lower property values, but will cause harm to the Philadelphia United Methodist Church and its activities and cause major traffic congestion.  How would your family feel if you had a family member layed to rest in that Cemetary that will be right next to a huge gas station.

We understand Clear Springs need/desire to profit from this development, but request that further consideration be made to the impact of the existing residences and businesses.  Pursue another business that is not as impactful to the area or the residents.

Have some respect for the people buried there. A gas station right next to a cemetery is just plain wrong.

Sutton road is already a parking lot at rush hour. We absolutely dont need more traffic here. Its a nightmare already.

Enough with the gas stations!! Put something useful in that spot instead of just more concrete and neon lights.

I moved to this area for the quiet and the community feel. This goes against everything fort mill represents.

NO MORE GAS STATIONS. Build a park or something people can actually use.
