We, the undersigned, feel that it is inappropriate to our children and friends who have Down Syndrome, and other disabilities, to allow bullying and abuse in Facebook groups. We are asking you to "Shut down every group that uses Down Syndrome in a derogatory way". Please note that this abuse and mistreatment extends to individuals using photographs and inappropriate names for their profile, and cruelty toward people with other disabilities, including but not limited, to Tourette's Syndrome, Intellectual, physical and psychiatric disabilities such as Multiple Personality Disorder (DID). We also object to Facebook "stickers, signs and badges" which exploit and degrade our loved ones.
